Quality, flexibility, and craftsmanship backed by a process built around your needs from one custom patch to thousands.
Order a single sample before committing to bulk production there’s no minimum quantity required. Good for testing a design before you scale it up, and good for one-off requests that most manufacturers turn away.
Every order includes a free digital proof showing exact colors, sizing, and layout. We don’t start production until you approve it in writing — so there’s no guessing what you’ll receive.
We’ve turned logos, sketches, and rough ideas into finished custom patches for clothing brands, sports teams, schools, and businesses nationwide.
Need a single sample to test a design? Or a bulk run for your whole team? Our process supports both — from one prototype to large production runs — without changing the quality standard.

Pricing depends on a few factors rather than one flat rate: patch size, quantity, number of colors, embroidery coverage, backing, border style, and whether rush production is needed.
Embroidered patches typically run $1.20–$5.00 per piece depending on quantity. Smaller quantities sit toward the top of that range; larger production runs bring the per-piece cost down. PVC, chenille, and leather patches are generally priced higher than embroidered.
Because pricing depends on your actual specifications, we quote based on what you send us — so the price you see matches exactly what you’ll receive.

Turning a logo into a stitched patch involves more decisions than most people expect. Before production starts, our team reviews your design for the details that actually affect how the finished patch looks and performs.
Fine detail & small text Embroidery is physical thread, which has a real width — very fine text or thin lines can blur together once stitched. If your design has small text, we’ll flag it and recommend woven instead, which uses a finer weave that holds much sharper detail at a small scale.
Color count Each color in your design is a separate thread change during production. Designs with many colors can still be produced, but simplifying gradients into flat color blocks usually looks cleaner and reproduces more accurately in thread than a photo-realistic gradient.
Size & border Smaller patches need simplified artwork — detail that reads clearly at 6 inches can disappear at 2 inches. We’ll tell you if your design needs adjusting for the size you’ve chosen, and recommend a border style (merrow, hot-cut, or laser-cut) based on the shape.
Backing for your use case Iron-on backing works best on heat-safe fabrics. It may not adhere reliably to nylon, leather, coated, or waterproof materials, so sew-on or Velcro is usually the better call there. We match backing recommendations to what you tell us the patch will be applied to — you approve every adjustment before we touch a needle.
Each patch type uses a different material and production method, suited to specific looks and use cases.
Classic, textured, stitched look the most popular choice for uniforms, jackets, hats, and team apparel
Soft, raised varsity-style texture the classic look for letterman jackets and athletic wear.
Water-resistant and highly durable built for outdoor gear, tactical equipment, and heavy daily use.
An understated, premium finish for caps, bags, and denim.
A finer weave that holds small text and fine detail more sharply than embroidery best for intricate logos.
